How does Embergrove approach a new client engagement?
We start with a short discovery call to understand your team's context, current challenges, and what a useful outcome would look like. From there we suggest a scope and share a written outline before anything is confirmed.
Can the workshop content be customised for our industry?
Yes. All content is adapted based on the initial brief. We draw on scenarios and language relevant to your field so the material feels grounded rather than theoretical. Off-the-shelf slides are not part of what we deliver.
How long does it take to plan and deliver a workshop?
For a single session, preparation typically takes two to three weeks from confirmed brief to delivery. A workshop series is usually scheduled over six to eight weeks. The learning programme spans several months and includes structured reviews along the way.
What topics do your workshops cover?
Our core areas include workplace communication, collaborative planning, team coordination, and practical problem-solving. If your team has a specific challenge in mind — even one that doesn't fit neatly into a category — we're open to discussing it.
Are the sessions delivered on-site or online?
Both options are available. On-site delivery is common for clients in the Klang Valley. For teams spread across locations, we can structure sessions for remote delivery. A hybrid arrangement is also possible for series and programme engagements.
What is included in the pricing?
Each programme price covers facilitation, preparation, and participant materials. For the Series and Programme tiers, it also includes a written learning outline and review sessions. Any additional travel costs for out-of-KL delivery would be discussed separately.
How is our company information handled?
Information shared during the brief and planning process is treated as confidential and used only to design your programme. We do not share client details with third parties. A mutual confidentiality agreement can be arranged on request.
